FAQ's

We require a caretaker/building manager just one day a week for our complex. Can you help us out?

Yes we can. Whether you require 1 hour a day, once weekly, once fortnightly, or any other combination of days/hours, we can accommodate your request. We would be happy to discuss your requirements with you.


What if we have maintenance requirements that are not listed on your website?

No problem, please give us a call to discuss your specific maintenance requirements. If we cannot help you, we can possibly put you in touch with someone who can.

 

We need all disabled toilets on each of our properties cleaned on a six monthly basis. Are you able to carry out these cleans at the scheduled times?

Of course. We can note the month each clean is due and carry out the clean accordingly. This includes removing all cobwebs from walls and ceilings, sweeping the floor of all dust/debris, cleaning the toilet, basin, mirror, handrail and window (if any) and finally mopping of floor.

 

We will be moving out of our leased premises soon and we need to get the premises back to pre-lease condition. Can you help us?

Yes we can help you. We can come in and repair damaged plasterboard walls, replace damaged ceiling tiles or light diffusers, change non-working tubes and globes, steam clean carpet and clean all glass, remove any rubbish or furniture that is not required. We can also apply a fresh coat of paint to all walls and doors to spruce up the premises ready for the next tenant. Our make-good service is endless; so please just ask.
